What documents do I need for my international move?

This varies country by country. Our worldwide relocation staff specialists have up to the minute regulations for most countries. More information about the regulations of countries you are moving from and/or to may be obtained from the respective local embassy.

What can I take and what is prohibited when moving internationally?
We will send you the customs list as we have it. Food is generally not recommended and some countries will not allow alcohol or firearms. Most countries will allow vehicles, but many will tax them.

What if I have a pet?

Arrow Worldwide has a partner that moves only pets and we will refer you to those experienced pet moving experts.

How will I know when my things have arrived?

Our worldwide partner agents will contact you well in advance in order to complete the customs process and we both will track your goods along the way and notify you of any delays.

What if I do not have a delivery address yet?

If you need to find a residence once you arrive, let us know as soon as possible. If you are unable to find accommodations by the time the goods arrive they can be stored at the destination warehouse. It is most important that we have a way to contact you once you arrive.

Can someone else receive my goods?

In most cases this is possible. A few countries require that you be in country when they arrive and some require your presence for customs clearance.
